usa and canada. Please note that untracked and tracked shipping are both available. However, tracked is recommended. Untracked is still fine, but i cannot be held responsible for lost packages if that were to happen. I will be unable to refund if untracked packages are lost because they are Canada posts responsibility after I hand my packages to them. It is rare, but it has happened.
